TheAIDome Privacy Policy

Summary

TheAIDome Job Copilot collects only the data needed to provide job analysis, trust scoring, resume matching, account access, and extension telemetry. We do not sell personal data.

Information We Collect

• Account information: name, email address, and password hash when you register or log in.
• Session data: an authentication cookie and hashed session token to keep you signed in.
• Resume data: resume text, desired role, extracted resume keywords, and resume embeddings.
• Job analysis data: job title, company, location, description, page URL, apply URL, ATS keywords, skills, fraud flags, trust score, AI summary, and job embeddings from supported job pages.
• Source and workflow data: ATS source targets, career page URLs, search terms, and analysis results you save or submit through the web app or extension.
• Usage telemetry: extension events such as install, startup, job-page detection, analysis requests, analysis outcomes, settings saves, and refresh actions.

How We Use Information

• To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• To analyze job posts, calculate trust scores, and generate ATS keywords, match scores, and resume recommendations.
• To store and retrieve your resume profile, saved jobs, source targets, and analysis history.
• To detect duplicates, reposts, stale jobs, and fraud indicators.
• To improve reliability, debugging, and product performance using limited telemetry.

What We Do Not Collect

• No payment card numbers or bank account details through the extension or web app.
• No intentional tracking of browsing activity outside supported job pages.
• No sale of personal data.

Data Storage

Resume profiles, job analysis records, user accounts, session records, and source targets are stored in TheAIDome service database so the product can provide matching, analysis, and account features across sessions. Resume text and job analysis artifacts may be retained until you delete them or ask us to remove them, unless a longer retention period is required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.

Data Sharing

We share user data only with the providers needed to operate TheAIDome:

• OpenAI API or configured AI provider: job text, resume text, and related prompts for keyword extraction, embeddings, summaries, and match analysis.
• Google Analytics: limited extension telemetry and usage events.
• Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers: account data, resume data, job analysis data, and operational logs needed to run the service.

We do not sell user data or share it for advertising. If we add additional processors, this policy will be updated to name them and describe the data sent to them.

Cookies and Session Tokens

The web app uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The session token stored server-side is hashed and expires based on the configured session lifetime.

Your Choices

• You can stop using the extension or web app at any time.
• You can log out to end your current session.
• You can request deletion of stored account, resume, and analysis data by contacting support.

Children

TheAIDome is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy when features, providers, or data handling practices change.
